We are looking for a motivated Travel Sales Executive to work on leads generated by our marketing team. The ideal candidate will focus on converting these qualified leads into bookings by understanding client needs and offering tailored travel solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and negotiation skills who thrives in a target-driven environment. As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our travel packages, providing expert advice, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion:
- Work exclusively on leads generated by the marketing team.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
- Present tailored travel packages.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and close potential leads to bookings.
Client Engagement:
- Understand client travel needs and recommend tailored travel packages.
- Convert inquiries into bookings by effectively presenting travel options.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Handle client queries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless travel arrangements.
Itinerary Planning:
- Collaborate with the operations team to create personalized travel itineraries.
- Stay updated on destinations, hotels, and travel trends to provide expert advice.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Process bookings, payments, and documentation in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about travel and storytelling.
