Day1: Amritsar: On arrival at Amritsar Airport/Railway station drive to hotel, after fresh upWitness the Retreat Ceremony at Waga Border and sightseeing of Golden temple. O/N Hotel
Amritsar: The second-largest city of Punjab, Amritsar is colloquially known as Ambarsar. Amritsar is the spiritual and cultural centre of the Sikh Religion. Amritsar is home to Harmindir Sahib, popularly known as “the Golden Temple,” one of Sikhism’s most spiritually significant and most-visited gurudwaras.

The stunning golden architecture of the temple housing the shrine is a small part of the vast complex known as Darbar Sahib to the Sikhs. The spiritual focus is the tank, the Amrit Sarovar, which surrounds the glistening central shrine. Around the edges of the compound, there are more shrines and monuments. The daily Langar (community kitchen) at the temple attract a large number of visitors and devotees each day. The temple is open to devotees of all faiths and serves over 100,000 people free food from all walks of life.
Jallianwala Bagh:Jallianwala Bagh is a public garden that also houses a memorial to commemorate the massacre of peaceful celebrators by the British forces. Jallianwala Bagh is associated with one of the saddest days in Indian History when thousands of innocent people were killed on the orders of General Dyer as they gathered for a peaceful celebration of Baisakhi. The place has now been turned into a beautiful park and is managed by the Jallianwala Bagh National Memorial Trust.
A number of structures are present inside the premises which resound of the atrocities that occurred here. These include a wall which still bears the marks of the bullets that were hurled blindly at the civilians and a well in which many people jumped to save themselves from the onslaught of the bullets
Wagah Border: Located at a distance of 28 km from Amritsar, the Wagah Border marks the boundaries between Indian and Pakistani borders.The Wagah Border Ceremony or the Beating Retreat Ceremony, held every day, is the prime attraction every evening, just before sunset the soldiers from the Indian and Pakistan military meet at this border post to engage in a 30-minute display of military camaraderie and showmanship.
This ceremony includes the closing of the international gates and lowering the flags of both countries. The
Durgiana Temple :Built in the third decade of the 20th Century, it echoes not only the traditional Hindu temple architecture but that of the Golden Temple and in a similar manner rises from the midst of a tank and has canopies and the central dome in the style of the Sikh temple. One of the greatest reformers and political leaders of resurgent India, Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya, laid its foundation stone. It is a well-known repository of Hindu scriptures
Day 2: Amritsar to Dalhousie : Arrive at Amritsar railway station/ Airport and drive to Dalhousie Day at Leisure. O/N Hotel
Dalhousie: Dalhousie, a popular hill station in Himachal Pradesh is situated at a height of 1,970 metres above sea level, famous for its meadows, dense jungles and waterfalls. Established in 1854, it was named after Lord Dalhousie and this hill station was one of the favourite summer destinations of the Britishers during the colonial era.
Day 3:Dalhouise : After breakfast local sightseeing of Dalhousie and Excursion to Khajjiar, 26 km from Dalhouse also known as the Switzerland of India. O/N Hotel
Panchpula: Panchpula is a popular picnic spot located at a distance of 3.5 km from Gandhi Chowk in Dalhousie, surrounded by a cover of green pine and deodar trees. It is best known for Saptdhara Waterfall and adventure activities ( Both Rope and Rock activities.
St Patricks Church: St Patricks Church is one of the oldest hurches in Dalhousie. Located near, Dalhousie Cantonment just 2 km away from the main bus stand. The dome-shaped shrine attracts not just the devotees but also many history buffs and architecture lovers is known to have been established by a group of British army officers in 1909.
Khajjiar: Widely known as ‘mini-Switzerland of India’, Khajjiar is a small town located around 26 km from Dalhousie, known for its picture perfect grassy meadows. There is a small lake in the middle of the meadows. There are plenty of day activities like paragliding, zorbing, and horse-riding at Khajjiar to make your day pleasant.
Day 4: Dalhousie to Dharmshala : After breakfast check out from hotel & drive to Dharamshala local sightseeing in Dharamshala places as mentioned below. O/N Hotel.
Dharamshala: Also known as the Little Lahsa,Dharamshala is a city in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Surrounded by cedar forests on the edge of the Himalayas, this hillside city is home to the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan government-in-exil
St. John in the Wilderness Church: St. John in the Wilderness, Located near Dharamshala and on the way to Mcleodganj, this neo-gothic church was built in dedication to John the Baptist. Set amidst lush deodar forests, this peaceful edifice is known for its Belgian stained-glass windows. This church was built in 1852, is one of the most important churches in Himachal Pradesh.
Dalailama Temple: Dalai Lama Temple is just a walking distance away from McLeodganj bus stand, the Dalai Lama Temple is situated at the main temple road. Right next to the temple is the residence of the holy Dalai Lama.Dalailama Temple offers spiritual teachings of Buddhism, and several times his holiness Dalai Lama blessed the pilgrims. Quite fascinating are the morning prayers, of which one can be actively part of. Other than that, larger than life statues of Lord Buddha, Avaloktwshwara and Padmasambhava, looks really captivating
Bhagsunath Temple: Surrounded by lovely pools and lush greenery, the Bhagsunag Temple is one of the oldest ancient temples located about 3 kilometres from Mcleodganj. Also popularly known as Bhagsunath Temple, it is highly revered by the local Gorkha and Hindu community. The two pools around the temple are believed to be sacred and are considered to contain miraculous powers of healing.
Dal Lake: Located at the height of 1,775 metres above the sea level near the village of Tota Rani at Mcleodgunj, the Dal Lake is a small yet picturesque lake. The lake is surrounded by rugged mountains and towering deodar trees. Quaint and calm, the lake invites nature-lovers to watch different kinds of fishes in their natural habitat.
Day5: Dharamshala: After breakfast visit Kangra Fort, Palampur and Chamunda Devi temple. O/N Hotel
Palampur: Palampur is a beautiful hill station located in Kangra Valley about 35 km from Dharamshala. It gets its its name from pulum meaning ‘abundant water’. Unsurprisingly, the region has innumerable streams and brooks and the water bodies are a huge boon for the tea plantations.
Kangra Fort: Kangra Fort is located 20 km from Dharamsala, on the outskirts of the town of Kangra in Himachal Pradesh. It’s the largest fort in the Himalayas and, according to the Archaeological Survey of India, it is 8th largest in the country – covering an area of 463 acres. It is believed that Maharaja Susharma Chandra of Katoch dynasty had built Kangra Fort. He fought for Kauravas in Mahabharta battle. After the defeat of Kauravas, Susharma Chandra didn’t return to his capital in Multan but came to Kangra along with his soldiers. He took Trigarta under his control and built the fort to protect his kingdom
Chamunda Devi temple: Chamunda Devi Templeis one of the most renowned holy shrines of the Hindus. It was built during the reigns of Maharaja Umed Singh and is dedicated to Goddess Kali. Chamunda Devi Temple is also known as the abode of Lord Shiva and Mata Shakti and presents the impressive architecture of the old era.The temple is located on the banks of Banganga (Baner) River in Kangra district, 10 km from Palampur city.
Day 6: Dharmshala to Amritsar : After breakfast checkout from hotel and drive to Amritsar station /Airport drop

- Kindly note that names of hotels mentioned in the proposed hotels only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. We reserve the right to change the same due to availability issue with the hotel, or unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar accommodation and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
- Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
MEALS:
The menus are pre – set menus provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the tour as mentioned under each Tour itinerary and inclusions and exclusions as committed at the time of confirmation. In standard/Budget category of hotels the meals preferences are veg meals , unless specified and in Deluxe/Super Deluxe and Luxury category of hotels/resort the meals are mixture of veg and non veg preferences.
Mostly buffet meals are served during the tour , but depending upon the less occupancy and group size Ala Carte meals may be served by the hotels. No claim can be made for the meal which guest has missed and not utilized.
ITINERARY CHANGES:
For the comfort and convenience of guests, there could be some changes or amendments in the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event if guest misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.
The timings mentioned in Day schedule in the itinerary may vary depending upon the road conditions, particular destination visits, En route meals, climatic conditions, particular health conditions of the guests and timings of sightseeing places and monuments.
CONDITION OF TRAVEL
Please note the readymade packages are made on the basis of destinations to be visited , sightseeings/excursions and activities to be done during the tour, keeping in view the time, cost and other factors while designing the package. The guest have to strictly follow the Tour itinerary. Any additional sightseeings and excursions apart from the suggested itinerary will be on supplement cost. Any additional transfers/ pickups/drops apart from the proposed itinerary shall be subject to additional charges payable apart from the package quote.
In case where a guest along with his family is unable to join or continue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, flight/train delays or cancellation no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services, his booking shall be treated as ‘no show’ on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
TRANSPORT
We normally use A/C Sedan such as Etios/Desire, Innova/Crysta/Tempo Travellers/2X2 A/C Coaches for our tours depending upon the group size and preferences of the travel. The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day, rest period per day etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case, any of the sightseeing schedules is missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances. Please note that AC will not work in Hills and no claims to this regard shall be entertained.
IDENTITY PROOFS:
It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at the time of Check Inn in all hotels for security reason.
ROHATANG PASS EXCURSION:
Excursion to Rohatang is not included in the itinerary because NGT has restricted the number of vehicle to this place and , It entirely depends upon the permission on a particular day. The client can take the local State Transport Bus (INR 1000 to 1500 per person return) and visit Rohtang. The guest has to get the tickets from the Bus Depot at Mall Road. The local cabs charge somewhere between INR 5000 to INR 13000 depending on the demand
MONUMENTS AND ENTRY CHARGES:
All monuments are closed on Monday and Taj Mahal is closed on Friday. Rohatang Pass is closed on Tuesday for maintenance. Kindly check your itinerary at you end as well.

CANCELLTION POLICY:
- Prior to 30 days or more – 100% amount of the tour cost will be Refunded
- Between 29 and 15 days of departure – 75% amount of tour cost will be refunded
- Between 14 days and 7 prior to date of departure – 50% amount of tour cost will be refunded
- Between 6 days and In case of no show – No refund- 100% retention shall be charged
