2.3 The Comfy Travel reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case refund will be provided as per 2.2 above.
3. Responsibilities
3.1 The Comfy Travel acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers (hotels, transport providers, etc.). We are not responsible for any third-party failures or service lapses.
3.2 Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification.
3.3 Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
4. Liability
4.1 The Comfy Travel is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the trip.
4.2 We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or political events.
5. Use of Website
5.1 The content on our website is for informational purposes only and may not always reflect the latest updates.
5.2 Unauthorized use of the website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or legal action.
6. Disputes
