Refund & Cancelation Policy
1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.
3. The Comfy Travel reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case refund will be provided as per 2.2 above.
4. The cancellation terms and refund amounts will vary depending on the specific services booked (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport providers). The respective service provider’s cancellation policy will apply. Clients will be informed of these policies at the time of booking.
5. All refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please note that the timeline for the refund may vary depending on the policies of the respective payment provider.
6. No refunds will be issued for unused services or no-shows.
7. Any refunds will be processed within 14 working days of approval.
